Right click on the icon then click on "find target. Delet the whole folder. Restore your computer to a earlier time Restart your computer you should see your computer is normal now, but Run full scan with whatever you have.

I almost picked up my laptop and threw it. But i quickly realized that wouldn't do anything but create a bigger problem because I would have been without a computer altogether.
